Data processed and purpose
The name, telephone number, e-mail address and message content you submit through the contact and quotation forms on our website are processed solely to evaluate your enquiry, to respond to you and to manage the quotation process.
Legal basis
The data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK (necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest).
Transfer
Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than legally authorised public institutions and authorised private persons, and is never transferred for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Data is retained for the statutory limitation periods following the conclusion of the relevant enquiry, and is erased or anonymised at the end of that period.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to request its correction or erasure, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
